A unique, restorative fusion of family coaching with Human Design created to help parents deeply understand the energetic hard wiring of their children, each other, and the family as a whole.
Combining guidance around each family member’s Human Design, children’s developmental stages, and any behavioral issues or negative patterns that are present in the home. We work together to locate where these patterns or behaviors are rooted in order to give children the space, empathy and grace needed to stay in alignment with their blueprint-who and how they were born to be.
We weave in sound bath meditation journeys as a means of nervous system regulation, along with light breath work to reduce stress and provide tools parents can incorporate into their daily lives.

Human Design changes the way we relate to our loved ones. It opens new doors to their inner workings that assist you in understanding them at a deeper, energetic level. This understanding helps us parents raise our littles in a way that allows them to stay true to who they were born to be. It helps us understand how to work with instead of against their energy needs, hard wiring and way of being.

Empowered Parenting sessions combine Human Development with Human Design to get an understanding of your child’s energetic blueprint and how their energy works. In this 2 hour session you will learn how to meet their needs and work with instead of against their natural way of being. This session looks at the child as well as the family dynamics at an energetic level to understand how the unit works together and how to navigate challenges that come up within families and between siblings/parents/each other.

- Two 60 minute check-in calls to go over what has been working and what is not, as well as any questions or issues that need clarifying.
- Weekly office hours open on WhatsApp for all enrolled in our three or six month programs.
